Flossie Allinson - Owner of Dog-Trotters

Dog-Trotters Flossie Allison

Dog-Trotters was established in 2005 by Flossie Allinson and has grown to incorporate a strong team of walkers – Art Porter, Tom Leader and Jenny Lake. Originally covering Godalming and the surrounding villages, we’ve since branched out to Cranleigh and Chiddingfold. Each of us is dedicated to certain areas, and we try to cover each other where necessary to minimise inconvenience to our clients when we’re away. We have excellent working relationships with other dog walkers in the area, and we’re more than happy to pass on contact details for them for the occasions we’re unable to cover each other. We can also recommend other local services, such as groomers, boarders and trainers so you never need worry about finding alternative or extra services to our own.

We enjoy excellent relationships with both the dogs we walk and our clients, and have numerous testimonials and references. We always prioritise the dogs welfare above anything else, and we’re proud of our reputation as reliable, honest and flexible dog walkers. We’re dedicated to our roles, loyal to our clients, adoring of the dogs we walk and passionate about our jobs. We’re fully insured and happy to supply copies of our insurance details.

“I set up Dog-Trotters back in 2004 after leaving Merrist Wood College with a triple distinction in animal care. One of the first dog walkers in the area, I’ve dedicated myself to not only providing an impeccable service to my clients but also growing the company. I’m extremely proud that the business has thrived so successfully, and I’m incredibly lucky to spend my days doing a job I truly love whilst providing an honest, trustworthy and reliable service.

I own a Border Collie called Rhys, who’s now 16 but still comes to work with me regularly despite getting a little slower in his old age. I also own a tortoise named Milton. I’ve always loved animals and it’s an honour to play such an integral part in so many dogs lives.

I cover primarily Godalming, which includes areas from Compton and Farncombe to Busbridge, Witley and Milford. If you’re unsure whether or not I cover your area, please just email or phone for more information.“
